When an explosion rips across the flight deck of the floating Air and Space Museum on the USS Intrepid, the perpetrator is Captain Ahmed Salehi, an Iranian mastermind whose last terrorism plot was foiled by Op-Center. Director Chase Williams has publicly disbanded Op-Center, but built a brand-new, top-secret covert attack team known only as Black Wasp. Its members-- martial arts expert Lieutenant Grace Lee, sharpshooter Lance Corporal Jaz Rivette, and JAG attorney and criminologist Major Hamilton Breen-- have been assigned to seek out Salehi and finally bring him to justice.
